Day 75: Templates and Tidying

In terms of actual physical work done on the van this week has been slow, yes I finished the wheel arch box and fixed the electrical control system in place. However the major chunk of work has been preparation for the next stage, and as they say it is all in the preparation.

This evening I finished of the main partition template and a template for the upper section of the offside rear lining, before tidying up the tools and the remaining bits from the weekend so that it is clear for picking up wood at the weekend.

The plan with the partition template is to transfer the dimensions to one of the protection sheets which came with the birch faced ply and then use this a template for edge profile routing the birch ply, hopefully this will give me a good edge on the plywood which I can apply birch veneer to.
