First job of the evening was to drill a hole in the floor to take a cable gland for the water and waste tank sensor cables and the gas solenoid power cable. Then is was back under the van to run in the solenoid cable, I wanted to use yellow cable to match the gas pipe but i could only get orange in two core.
With the cabling done and the van reversed back in place, I made a start on the internal gas pipework making up and fitting the blanking pipes for the gas manifold. The eventual plan is to fit an oven and a gas water heater in addition to the hob hence the three way manifiold, but as yet these are just planned so I have blanked of the unused manifold ports for reasons of safety.
